Depending on stock availability, your order is confirmed and then shipped via a parcel service provider. To enable confirmation of your order, the cost of the products purchased must be paid via credit card or remittance. Confirmed orders will be shipped within 3 working days.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY
According to a new rule established under the Principles and Procedures for Security Measures for Shipments by Mail, approved by decision #2016/DK-YED/517 dated 27.12.2016 of the Information Technologies and Communication Board, you must show your driver’s license, identification card or passport when accepting delivery of your products from the parcel service provider personnel or store personnel.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN TERMS
We uphold consumer rights and prioritize post-sale customer satisfaction. Any dissatisfaction you may feel about the products you have purchased, or any manufacturing or service-related problem will be meticulously investigated and resolved at the earliest possibility.
To enable faster and better service when returning a product, please take account of the following terms and conditions. The failure to meet any of these requirements will result in rejection of product return.

a- Used or damaged products will not be accepted for return.
b- The product must be returned within 14 days, in the same condition as it was originally delivered, undamaged and complete with all standard accessories.

The dispatch note must be provided to enable product return.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT AND APPLICABLE PARCEL CHARGES
a- If the returned product is defective and shipped back via one of our contracted parcel service providers, we will cover the parcel service charges.
b- If the returned product received at our Quality Assurance department meets the returning requirements, a refund will be processed for the product price on the same day as the product has been received by us. The timeframe for the returned amount to be credited back into your account as at your bank’s discretion. A credit card chargeback is usually finalized within 7 days.
c- You can ship back returned products via our contracted parcel service provider Aras Kargo.
SHIPPING BACK RETURNED PRODUCTS
The returned products may only be picked up by our contracted parcel service provider. Return and the shipping fees associated with shipping back via a different parcel service provider will be rejected.
The general terms for returning a product are as follows.
- The returned product must be in its original carton or packaging.
- Return will not be accepted if the Product’s original carton/packaging (example: products with parcel service label affixed on the product packaging or taped with shipping band are not accepted) has deteriorated, or the product is otherwise unfit for reselling and in no condition to be purchased by another customer.
- With the returned product, you must send the dispatch note (with all copies that you have) and a letter describing the reason for return.
- If the returned product is defective, we will cover the shipping fee. In that case, you must use one of our contracted parcel service providers.
Dear customer. You are free to cancel an order if you have made it in error or otherwise changed your mind. Occasionally, the inbox may be checked late and your product may have been already shipped. In a cancellation, you will receive a refund for the full amount via the same method of payment that you have used for making the order, if the product is not already shipped.
